Requirements
3+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or related technology environments
Experience improving onboarding, feature adoption, engagement, or retention within a software product
Experience using product telemetry, customer behavior data, and user feedback to identify opportunities and measure impact
Hands-on experience with in-product engagement platforms such as Pendo, Intercom, Appcues, Product Fruits, WalkMe, Chameleon, or similar tools
Strong understanding of how to design, launch, and optimize onboarding flows, product tours, tooltips, checklists, announcements, and feature adoption programs
Excellent communication skills and the ability to align Product, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Customer Success
Proven ability to independently own initiatives from concept through launch
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in advertising technology, media, marketing technology, or performance marketing
Experience with product analytics and telemetry platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, PostHog, or similar tools
Experience partnering closely with Product Marketing on feature launches, customer education, and adoption strategies
