Collaborate with talent acquisition team, sourcers and hiring managers to create feedback loops that improve candidate experience
Make process improvements based on feedback from providers and internal stakeholders to improve the overall recruiting experience, both qualitatively and quantitatively
Requirements
3+ years of experience in provider recruitment.
Organized and skilled at managing a high-level recruiting, handling multiple requisitions at once while ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and gain energy from engaging with providers across phone, video, email, and chat.
Strong problem-solver who can think on your feet and offer creative solutions to optimize processes.
Passionate about recruitment efforts, and motivated to help place great providers in the right career.
Excelled in healthcare recruiting and experienced in rural recruitment efforts.
Solid knowledge base using an ATS (Greenhouse experience preferably, LinkedIn Recruiter, Doc Cafe, and other recruiting tools.
