Review resumes to understand candidate experience, knowledge, certifications, etc to quickly and efficiently identify individuals for current and potential clients
Source viable candidates for a variety of roles across multiple categories
Leverage internal network / platform for viable candidates
Recruit potential candidates outside of RigUp using a variety of sources
Sell potential candidates on the opportunity and value of RigUp to build pipeline of available workers in the energy market
Collaborate with sales partners and leadership plan and execute the top priorities including sourcing and submittal of candidates
Support the Workforce team in responding to questions or requests for workers
Provide market trends and insight based on recruiting and sourcing experience for the team to inform and educate clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in a customer or client facing role (e.g. recruiting, sales support, success, onboarding, etc.)
Must have 3+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry
Experience working with account manager/executives/sales teams
Ability to prioritize multiple priorities with varying deadlines
Ability to utilize multiple computer platforms at the same time for varying functions
Ability to maintain relationships through texting, (cold) calling, and flexible availability based on client base
Excellent ability to communicate both, written and verbally, with a variety of audiences
Exceptional responsiveness and the flexibility to address client needs beyond standard business hours
