Analyze existing tool ecosystems and define integration requirements to support end-to-end system development
Design and implement bidirectional connectors/APIs (REST, SOAP, JMS, etc.) for JIRA, DOORS, Cameo, GitLab, and related tools
Develop automated scripts and workflows for data synchronization, change propagation, and traceability matrix generation
Conduct validation testing, performance tuning, and continuous monitoring of integration pipelines
Provide documentation, training, and support to engineering teams for integrated workflows
Collaborate with configuration management, quality assurance, and cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with LM standards
Solve complex problems that require the consistent use of ingenuity and creativity
Work performed without appreciable direction and reviewed for desired results over a relatively long time frame; may serve in project leadership roles and represent the organization as the prime customer contact on significant technical matters related to contracts
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in STEM Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university, along with 8 years of experience; or a Master’s degree (preferred) in a STEM-related field with 6 years of relevant work experience; or a PhD in a related discipline with 4 years of relevant work experience
Current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance
Willingness to travel 10% of the time for business needs
Work performed as a member of an Agile Scrum team
Work performed in a closed area, 100% in-office with no remote opportunity
Master's Degree in Systems Engineering is highly preferred
Certification: INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)
Certification: Object Management Group Certified Systems Modeling Professional
Model Builder Fundamental (OCSMP – MBF)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes)
Certifications in Atlassian (JIRA), IBM DOORS, or Cameo
Working knowledge of DoD/IA-approved security standards and data handling policies
