Oversees all aspects of supply chain and operations for multiple complex product lines
Manages a team of senior-level exempt individual contributors and managers
Ensures the delivery of products and services that meet performance metrics defined by senior management
Manages demand and supply matching activities from a strategic level
Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making
Creates new operational efficiencies and cost savings
Leads regional/global business unit's trade compliance
Oversees the development and delivery of complex initiatives impacting the supply chain globally
Serves as a liaison between internal resources and external partners
Participates in hiring and performance management

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
