- Lead RFP response processes from beginning to end
- Develop and manage project plans that keep teams aligned and key milestones on track
- Ensure the highest-quality output of proposals and presentations
- Conduct formal compliance reviews to ensure all RFP criteria are met
- Coordinate cross‑sector stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to align inputs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in proposal management or proposal development
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent proposal efforts under tight deadlines
- Experience with proposal management or tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project)
- Strong project management skills
