Role Overview
- Responsible for providing technical support in the Berlin / Potsdam region
- Perform maintenance work, repairs, and system installations
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
- Contribute IT expertise to installation projects and internal projects
Requirements
- Degree from a technical school or university in media technology, mechatronics, precision mechanics, electrical engineering, medical technology, or a related field
- Several years of practical experience in a comparable field service position
- Strong customer-service mentality
- Familiarity with IT topics, networking, and servers
- Confident in electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, EDP interfaces, and measurement technology
- Good command of English and business-fluent German
