Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience in a B2B technology environment
Extensive hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing operations, with deep expertise in organic and paid social media, especially LinkedIn content, audience engagement, and performance optimization
Strong experience with email marketing, newsletter growth, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, webinars, and CRM-driven lead management
A data-driven mindset with solid experience in analytics, campaign performance optimization, and modern marketing measurement and attribution practices
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-moving, international scale-up environment, with a collaborative and proactive approach to cross-functional work
Confident using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity) for research, content creation, analysis, and reporting, with an interest in emerging search and discovery trends including AI-powered and answer engine experiences
A bias for action — able to launch, learn, and iterate quickly with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Considered as an advantage: Experience building employee advocacy, thought leadership, or creator-led distribution programs
Hands-on experience with ABM, intent data platforms, or similar demand generation tools
Familiarity with demand generation tools such as intent data platforms or ABM.
