Manage and administer owners’ associations under the German Condominium Act (WEG)
Serve as the primary contact for owners, service providers and insurance companies
Conduct invoice audits and attend supervisory board meetings
Prepare for, follow up on, and conduct owners’ meetings
Prepare minutes and resolution records and ensure proper implementation of resolutions
Perform regular property inspections
Award and monitor supply, maintenance and service contracts
Commission, supervise and handle maintenance and repair measures
Process damage and insurance claims
Correspond with owners, lawyers, authorities, insurers and external service providers
Contribute to the preparation of budgets, service charge statements and operating cost reconciliations
Work closely with accounting and receivables management
Identify optimization potential (technical and economic)
Requirements
Completed vocational training as a real estate specialist (e.g., Immobilienkaufmann/-frau) or as a certified property manager (Immobilienfachwirt), or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in WEG (condominium/owners’ association) administration for residential properties
Confident in dealing with condominium owners and possess solid knowledge of WEG law (German Condominium Act)
Highly proficient with common property management software, e.g. DOMUS
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong service and customer orientation with a high standard of quality
Structured, methodical and capable of working independently
Extremely reliable, self‑responsible and a team player
Strong communication skills
Willingness to try new approaches and take on responsibilities
Proactive and asks for support when needed
Holder of a Class B driving license
