- Track and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Any combination of education and experience providing the necessary skills and knowledge is acceptable.
- Typical qualifications would be equivalent to: Associate or bachelor’s degree with course work in business, accounting, marketing or management.
- 1-2 years’ experience in retail sales management (wireless industry preferred)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable Transportation
- Bilingual candidates are highly recommended to apply
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of wireless products, plans, and trends
- Adaptable to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment
