About this role
Role Overview
Lead the coordination of international events from initial concept and booth design to on-site execution
Act as the primary liaison between global venues, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, overseeing travel and event logistics
Support the Expansion Team with budget reconciliation, expense tracking, and detailed performance reporting
Manage internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency across English and Spanish-speaking markets
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management or Hospitality & Tourism Management
5+ years of proven success in global corporate events or the professional event industry
Native or full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (bonus if you speak Italian)
Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
A solid grasp of budgeting, invoicing, and expense management
A 'no task too big or small' mindset, comfortable with high-level strategy and ground-level execution
