Role Overview
- Lead the coordination of international events from concept to execution
- Act as the primary liaison among global venues, vendors, and stakeholders
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and oversee travel logistics
- Support budget reconciliation and performance reporting
- Manage internal and external communications for brand consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management or Hospitality & Tourism Management
- 5+ years of proven success in global corporate events or the professional event industry
- Native or full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (bonus points for Italian)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Solid grasp of budgeting, invoicing, and expense management
- Adaptability to handle diverse tasks
