Operation of Instant Payment as a container solution
Collaboration with payment specialists to understand issues in business processes
Creation and maintenance of internal developments and interfaces
Ensuring delivery quality and close collaboration with the QA team
Troubleshooting payment issues, testing new and existing functions, and documenting interactions with stakeholders
Providing support in solving problems and answering questions
Working according to agile principles.
Requirements
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Knowledge of payment products such as transactions, standing orders, direct debits, card processing, etc.
Knowledge of various payment systems and networks such as SIC, EUROsic, SEPA, SWIFT, instant payments
Knowledge of applications such as JIRA or Confluence
Knowledge of payment regulations such as ISO20022, CBPR+, PSD2, (EU) No 260/2012, etc.
Analytical, detail-oriented personality with a team spirit and an interest in problem solving
Interest in understanding business requirements in payments and in coordination tasks with other teams
