Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional experience in marketing communications, PR, or content marketing
- Excellent German (native level or equivalent) and strong English skills
- Confident use of digital marketing tools: LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Entrepreneurial mindset: able to work independently in a fast-paced scale-up environment
