Develop and implement corporate communication projects and stakeholder engagement platforms that support Invest Lithuania’s reputation, visibility, and positioning goals.
Lead the creation and delivery of communication initiatives in Lithuania and abroad, including events, roundtables, conferences, partnerships, and other stakeholder engagement formats.
Coordinate the full project cycle: from concept, messaging, format, programme development, and stakeholder mapping to implementation, participant engagement, follow-up communication, and impact evaluation.
Identify opportunities and design high-quality formats and experiences that engage business leaders, institutional partners, investors, associations, and other key stakeholders.
Work closely with the Press Officer to ensure that corporate communication projects are aligned with broader communication priorities and support PR, visibility, and reputation-building efforts. This is not a day-to-day media relations role.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop strong concepts, content, speaker programmes, audience engagement plans, and supporting communication materials.
Manage agencies, suppliers, venues, partners, budgets, timelines, and other project elements to ensure smooth, professional, and high-quality delivery.
Measure the impact of communication projects and use insights to continuously improve their contribution to organisational goals.
Requirements
A higher education degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, political science, international relations, business, economics, or another relevant field.
At least 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate communications, public relations, stakeholder engagement, event management, partnerships, project management, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
The ability to develop clear messages, strong concepts, event programmes, stakeholder engagement plans, and supporting communication materials.
Experience working with senior stakeholders, business representatives, institutional partners, agencies, suppliers, or external partners.
A structured, proactive, and ownership-driven approach to work.
Strong attention to quality, detail, deadlines, and the overall stakeholder experience.
The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders at the same time.
Curiosity about business, investment, economic development, and Lithuania’s international positioning.
