Role Overview
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts to identify and qualify leads within the Australian SaaS and Finance sectors.
- Manage the end-to-end client engagement process, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to qualified opportunity.
- Maintain a high volume of activity using Salesloft and Salesforce to track performance and manage the sales pipeline.
- Provide exceptional client management services, acting as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Multi-task across various campaigns while maintaining a rigorous focus on delivery and organizational excellence.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to refine messaging and strategies based on local market feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience selling into the Australian market (direct experience with AUS business culture and hours is essential).
- Previous experience in SaaS or Finance sales environments.
- Ability to commit to a mandatory 2-week training period operating on UK time zones.
- Proficiency in modern sales tech stacks, specifically Salesloft and Salesforce.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational hierarchies.
- Prior experience in dedicated Sales Development (SDR/BDR) roles.
- Background in customer service or account management.
- Experience work remotely across different global time zones.
