Sergeant Talent Partners is partnering with a growing organization in the industrial and technical solutions space to find a Capital Equipment Sales Representative (Development Program). This developmental sales role is designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in business development and capital equipment sales, offering training, mentorship, and exposure to the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured training program covering products, systems, and customer applications
- Support senior sales members with customer visits, proposals, and technical presentations
- Develop an understanding of customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions
- Assist with quoting, project support, and follow-ups
- Build relationships with internal teams and external customers
- Transition into a full-cycle technical sales role over time
Requirements:
- Must have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard
- Strong communication skills with an interest in sales
- Ability to learn complex technical products and translate them to customers
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and willingness to travel as needed
- Background in engineering, technical, or industrial fields preferred but not required
