Ensure stewardship and engaged communications with key donors
Create and manage lasting systems to maintain and advance partnerships with a range of foundations, corporations, and individuals
Partner with the Senior Director to cultivate, maintain, and advance relationships with a range of organizations
Own a portfolio of donors, prospects, and leads
Drive identification and research of new leads
Supervise and develop the Development Coordinator
Partner with the CEO to craft personalized, high-impact outreach to prospects and donors
Work closely with GHC's Communications team to develop external-facing materials
Manage quarterly update communications to key prospects, donors, and supporters
Develop, manage, and execute annual EOY and FY-close solicitation campaigns
Manage logistics for quarterly board meetings
Partner with the Senior Director and CEO to implement a robust Board engagement strategy
Contribute to event strategy in partnership with the CEO and Senior Director
Manage all logistics and communications for in-person and virtual fundraising events
Co-lead management of Salesforce donor database with GHC's Grants Manager

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in nonprofit management, public health, communications, business, or a related field a plus.
4–7+ years of progressive experience in fundraising in a nonprofit or philanthropic sector role
Experience with donor communications, solicitation campaigns, and moves management
Prior supervisory or coaching experience preferred
Experience working in a global setting, with a range of stakeholders across the U.S. social impact and the global development/health sectors
Proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM; experience with donor analytics and data hygiene strongly preferred
Familiar with fundraising platforms (e.g., Classy, Benevity) a plus
Strong written communication skills with experience drafting donor-facing materials
Comfort working in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite
