About this role
Role Overview
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities
Conduct active prospecting (cold calling, emails, and networking)
Lead virtual and in-person meetings with executives and decision-makers
Present solutions to C-level audiences
Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations
Manage the entire sales cycle through to contract closing
Build and maintain a robust, healthy pipeline
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Update and manage opportunities in Salesforce
Produce sales forecasts with accuracy and consistency
Requirements
Fluent English (speaking, reading, and writing)
Fluent Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
Experience in B2B consultative sales
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets
Experience with active prospecting and new business development
Ability to access and influence decision-makers at large enterprises
Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
Strong organizational skills, time management, and prioritization
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
Knowledge of advanced sales methodologies and processes
Network and/or experience in the Fashion, Beauty, Interiors, Food & Beverage, and Consumer Technology markets
Resilient, proactive, results-oriented profile with strong problem-solving skills
