Responsible for managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting sales initiatives
Focuses on account management of strategic and focused key accounts
Partner with sales, business development, and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
Maintain general product knowledge of COO, lead-times, available Inventory and/or specific manufacturing strategies to assist customers when placing orders
Manage monthly SFDC forecast of ongoing production programs/opportunities for assigned accounts
Requirements
5+ years of Account Management, Inside Sales, or Customer Service experience
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field of study or equivalent level of experience and training.
Knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC), supply chain and logistics processes.
Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP
Experience working within Salesforce
