Abacus Service Corporation is seeking a Strategic Sales Development Representative to contribute to the growth of DoorDash's Commerce Platform. In this remote role, you will engage with merchants to understand their needs and introduce them to innovative solutions that enhance their business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify high-potential merchants and key decision makers
- Conduct high-volume outreach through calls, emails, and other channels
- Collaborate with Account Development partners to advance opportunities
- Customize messaging based on merchant needs and solution fit
- Enhance your skills in consultative discovery and value-based storytelling
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in high-volume outbound outreach or sales development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and self-directed approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable navigating sales processes in a fast-paced environment
- Creative approach to outreach and messaging
- Ability to help merchants understand the value of additional solutions
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and incorporate feedback quickly
