Provide overall program management for contractor personnel performing work across all PWS task areas.
Serve as the primary authorized point of contact for the Government COR and interface regularly with Government management personnel.
Manage staffing, onboarding, scheduling, performance coordination, and workforce availability across the task order.
Monitor task order performance, identify issues or problem areas, and coordinate timely corrective actions with technical leads and Government stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Program Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience managing enterprise IT services, technical operations, or mission support programs.
Experience leading DoD or federal IT services contracts with multiple technical workstreams and geographically dispersed personnel.
Must hold an active Secret clearance.
Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of enterprise IT service management practices, including incident management, service reporting, performance tracking, and customer support operations.
