Manage execution of processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement strategies, including RFPs, Risk and Opportunities, EAC, IMS management, negotiation strategy, cost accountability, program execution
Support, review and assess request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages
Implement key performance indicators internally and with our supply base to ensure timely delivery to customers and ensure adherence to the plan.
Work closely with Operations, Planning and Finance functions to optimize planning and supply chain cycle to meet development requirements
Support and engage with various Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to resolve supply chain issues and serve as supply chain SME for other functional areas
Lead projects to enhance Supply Chain performance and continuous improvement
Support supply chain lead for internal and external audits regarding material and cost validations
Sets objectives and guides others on execution/approach for achievement of developmental results
Explain policies, practices, and procedures and may influence others
Problems faced are difficult and require consideration of multiple variables and courage to make risk-based decisions
Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
Requirements
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience
