About this role
Role Overview
- Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs
- Answer coverage questions, provide personalized advice, and process policy changes
- Proactively contact clients regarding policy renewals
- Communicate effectively by phone, email, and SMS with our clients
- Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Maintain accurate notes of client interactions and add follow-up activities in our CRM
- Work closely with the customer service team
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Progress to a senior role within our insurance team or to a team lead position after your first 2 years with us
Requirements
- You hold a valid AMF license
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a broker or agent
- At least 5 years of relevant customer service experience
- Proactive approach
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Fast learner with an interest in technology
