Client Engagement: Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs. Answer coverage questions and offer personalized advice. Set up new policies or complete policy modifications.
Client Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to clients to ensure we are continuously offering a policy that best suits their needs at a competitive price.
Communication: Communicate effectively via phone, email, and SMS with clients to build trust. Deliver outstanding customer service.
Performance Review: Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and add follow-up activities in our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service and sales team to achieve team objectives. Participate in developing strategies to boost sales, client retention and overall satisfaction.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Participate in training sessions and professional development activities.
Career Growth: Move towards a senior position in our insurance team or a team lead role after your first 2 years with us.
Requirements
You have a valid RIBO and/or AMF certification
You have at least 2 years of experience as an insurance broker or agent
You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales
You’re proactive and have strong problem-solving skills
You have strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
You’re a quick learner with an interest in technology
