Role Overview
- Ensure customer satisfaction through a professional welcome and product advice tailored to their needs
- Grow sales in your department
- Recommend complementary solutions and a range of services
- Support customers with their home improvement projects
- Ensure a high-quality self-service experience: shelving, shelf cleanliness, facing
- Contribute to merchandising and product presentation: display stands and window displays
- Activate the sales area (promotional campaigns, special offers)
Requirements
- Interest in retail and working as part of a team
- Strong interest in the product range for your sector
- Results-oriented and enjoys challenges
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ideally, some prior experience in sales
