Sales Support and Fulfillment Officer – Bridge Equipment, Marine Electronics

Role Overview

• Receive and respond to requests for quote (RFQ) for passive equipment sales
• Obtain supplier prices, prepare quotes, and liaise with customers
• Coordinate and obtain freight quotations and align with customer preferences
• Generate proformas, invoices, packing lists, and internal documentation
• Coordinate with the Logistics & Inventory Officer for final shipment
• Monitor stock availability and propose minimum stock levels for approval
• Raise purchase requests in coordination with Senior Business Services Officer
• Maintain updated records in relevant internal systems
• Collaborate with Sales, ISS, and Finance teams to ensure alignment

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of the English Language
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Computer literacy
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Customer service orientation

• A Degree in Management, Shipping, or adequate experience in a similar position.
