Role Overview
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a warm welcome and advising customers on products suited to their needs
- Offer the different services available to improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain high-quality self-service areas: stocking shelves, ensuring clean shelving, facing products...
- Help showcase the product range: display stands, window displays... and energize the shelving (sales events, promotions...)
Requirements
- Strong interest in retail and working as part of a team
- Clear interest in the products in your sector
- Ideally, some previous experience in sales
