Support IT EMR Services with a focus on Beaker and related applications.
Act independently under general supervision, demonstrating expertise in system functionality, integration, and maintenance.
Ensure system integrity, support process improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational and business needs.
Mentor junior analysts, maintain certifications, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor system integration, participate in cross-functional testing, and ensure application security aligns with organizational and regulatory standards.
Lead or support IT projects, including system upgrades, testing, and implementation, while adhering to project management methodologies.

High School diploma/GED plus nine (9) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two.
OR Associate degree in a Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field plus seven (7) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two.
OR Bachelor’s degree in a Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field plus five (5) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two.
OR Postgraduate degree in a Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field, plus three (3) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two.
Epic Willow Inpatient certification required.
Proficiency in Breaker/Epic Willow Inpatient and related applications.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of drug formulary, dispensing and ordering methods & products and processes, and procedures used in a Pharmacy required to develop, configure, test, document, and implement a Pharmacy system.
