Have expertise in Salesforce projects acting as a solutions architect, preferably in solutions for Telecommunications companies;
Be hands-on (create, design, present and implement project solutions);
Define and design, recommending the best technical and functional solution by understanding the business and the real needs of the project while considering risks and overall impacts of the proposed solution;
Produce technical documentation;
Support and guide implementation, development and testing teams;
Provide consultative support in technical/functional forums;
Serve as a Salesforce technical/functional reference;
Be responsible for technical refinements of requests/demands;
Support and/or perform troubleshooting of critical issues and participate in emergency war rooms;
Defend technical solutions before the Salesforce Technical COE.
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of declarative customizations in Salesforce Core, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce programmatic features for backend and frontend: Apex, LWC, Aura, etc.
Preferred knowledge of OmniStudio and CPQ (Industries).
Advanced knowledge of APIs and microservices (REST, SOAP).
Preferred experience with agile project management.
Strong communication and presentation skills and ease interacting with all professional levels.
Good negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Technology or Software Development, preferably Software Engineering.
Preferred postgraduate specialization in Software Engineering or Software Architecture.
Preferred Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect and System Architect.
