Role Overview

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining distributed computer systems
• Serve as the initial contact for troubleshooting with end-users
• Install and configure computer software and operating systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer software and hardware problems
• Maintain inventory of Information Technology Equipment

Requirements

• Requires an associate's degree or two years' formal work-related experience
• Knowledge of distributed processing operations, software, procedures, and equipment
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
• Technical skills in troubleshooting and problem analysis
• Ability to lift up to sixty (60) pounds
