Own day-to-day HR operations for Mexico, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and employee records maintenance
Ensure full compliance with Mexican employment laws, labor regulations (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, Prima Vacacional, Aguinaldo, and all applicable statutory requirements
Support HR administration, payroll coordination, and mandatory contributions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners
Prepare and maintain accurate HR documentation, reports, and records within our identified file management resources
Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, contracts, and benefits in a timely and professional manner
Serve as the primary liaison between Channel Factory and our Employer of Record (EOR) provider, managing all EOR-related processes, documentation, and communications
Ensure accurate and timely employee data management within our HRIS platform
Coordinate with EOR on compliance updates, statutory changes, and employee lifecycle events
Lead end-to-end recruitment for Mexico-based roles, partnering with hiring managers to define needs, source candidates, manage interviews, and close offers.
Build and maintain a strong local talent pipeline aligned with Channel Factory's growth plans
Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience reflective of our culture and values
Collaborate with global HR leadership to align all regional practices with Channel Factory's global people strategy and established HR best practices
Partner with global recruitment teams to identify, implement, and align recruitment best practices across Channel Factory, supporting the organization's strategic growth plans.
Support the rollout of global HR programs, policies, and initiatives across the Mexico team
Identify and escalate opportunities to improve HR workflows, processes, and the overall employee experience locally
Coordinate and manage HR projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders remain aligned as assigned

Requirements
4–6 years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably in a multinational or global environment
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment in Mexico
Hands-on experience working with an Employer of Record (EOR)
In-depth knowledge of Mexican employment law, LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and compliance requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English (both required).
Exceptional attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy in all work
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with remote teams
Process-oriented mindset with experience developing or improving HR workflows
Proficiency in HRIS systems and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, or similar)
This role may involve occasional travel for in-person collaboration, meetings, and trainings
