Manage and monitor social engagement across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and emerging channels.
Respond to or escalate community comments, questions, and direct messages in alignment with brand guidelines.
Support proactive audience engagement and identify opportunities for real-time brand interaction.
Conduct social listening and monitor brand sentiment, educator conversations, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Flag and escalate sensitive or high-risk reputation issues and support crisis communications readiness.
Maintain escalation workflows, documentation, and operational processes related to reputation management.
Develop recurring reports and dashboards on engagement, sentiment, campaigns, and reputation insights.
Surface actionable recommendations to inform content strategy, thought leadership, and proactive communications.
Manage Curriculum Associates’ Glassdoor presence and support employer brand initiatives with HR and Internal Communications.
Coordinate cross-functional communications requests while improving workflows, systems, templates, and team efficiency.
Requirements
Strong understanding of social listening, social monitoring, and brand reputation management best practices.
Exceptional written communication and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong judgment and professionalism when handling sensitive or escalated issues.
Detail-oriented with strong operational and project management abilities.
Familiarity with Sprout and/or the education industry is a plus.
Experience in social media, communications, PR, digital marketing, community management, or reputation management preferred.
Experience supporting brand social channels and engaging with online communities.
Preference may be given to individuals with experience in education, edtech, or supporting online communities.
