Assume the administrative authority, responsibility and accountability of directing the overall management and control of the activities and programs of the Community
Represent the property in dealing with outside agencies, including governmental agencies
Participate in property surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies
Promote the property in a positive manner
Coach and direct Community Directors to meet the expectations and requirements of the Company
Requirements
RCFE Administrator Certificate
Two years of college required
Three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly
Prior working experience with reporting and data in RealPage Accounting and Leasing & Rents, You've Got Leads (YGL), and ADP or other HRIS is preferred
Health and safety requirements including vaccination and participation in screening and testing per regulatory guidelines.
