Role Overview
- Build and send email campaigns: lead nurturing flows, newsletters, and event-driven communications
- Track and report on campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data
- Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events: conferences, roundtables, and industry gatherings
- Handle event logistics, including venue liaison, speaker coordination, and attendee communications
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for professional associations and industry bodies that efficy collaborates with
- Coordinate joint initiatives, event co-sponsorships, and partner communication touchpoints
- Maintain contact database hygiene and accurate segmentation in our CRM and marketing automation tools
Requirements
- Final-year Master’s student (Business, Marketing, or Communications) or equivalent internship experience
- Available for a 6-month internship with a university internship agreement
- Curious about email marketing, events, and B2B marketing
- Detail-oriented and data-driven
- Comfortable using CRM tools and AI-powered platforms (e.g., Claude)
- Native-level French
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
