Maintain a warm, professional, and proactive communication style with every new owner throughout the onboarding process, making them feel supported even when the process requires persistent follow-up.
Requirements
2 or more years of experience in a coordinator, onboarding, customer success, or operations role, preferably at a startup or high-growth company
Demonstrated experience building or managing automated workflows and reminder sequences using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or equivalent platforms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active onboardings simultaneously without losing track of details or missing follow-up windows
Clear, professional, and persistent communication style in writing with the ability to follow up repeatedly without alienating the person you are chasing
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes in an environment where the playbook is still being developed
