Coordinate the recruitment administration process for casual vacancies across multiple business units
Post advertisements and assist hiring managers to manage applications through our recruitment system, Workday
Review candidate documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met
Liaise with hiring managers to confirm role details and progress appointments
Provide structured follow-up to ensure hiring activity progresses smoothly and in a timely manner
Maintain accurate recruitment records and support reporting requirements
Ensure all hires are processed accurately and within required timeframes
Provide confident, professional customer service while appropriately managing expectations
Requirements
Strong administrative capability with excellent organisation skills and a structured, methodical approach to managing multiple tasks
Confident communicator who is comfortable initiating phone conversations and following up, and who can provide clear guidance and support to stakeholders and candidates
Customer-focused, professional and solutions-driven
Detail-oriented, particularly when working with compliance documentation and reporting
Strong systems aptitude and ability to quickly learn new platforms
Recruitment agency coordination or temp desk experience, and or exposure to recruitment or talent acquisition will be viewed favourably
