Buying and managing digital advertising campaigns
Independent budget management as well as ongoing control and monitoring of campaign investments
Close collaboration with colleagues from other teams (especially Digital Media Planning, Ad Ops and Client Service)
Monitoring, analysis and evaluation of new digital trends, platforms and advertising opportunities
Interface management and negotiation with digital vendors, publishers and technology partners
Support for new-business projects, particularly regarding buying strategies, terms and market know-how
Identifying and driving optimization opportunities in processes and setups
Technical support and mentoring for junior colleagues in the team

At least 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, ideally in digital media buying on the agency or client side
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and a good understanding of the digital media market
Advanced Excel skills as well as openness to and interest in AI tools and data-driven working methods
Analytical thinking as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Quick learning ability, curiosity and enthusiasm for following new developments in the digital market
Excellent German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
Team spirit, strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating – both internally and externally
