Lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery activities across multiple initiatives
Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Scrum teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables
Monitor delivery performance and proactively address impediments and risks
Support incident management and service management processes when required
Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, governance standards, and quality expectations
Prepare status reports, delivery updates, and stakeholder communications
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within delivery and operational processes
Support resource planning and coordination activities across teams

3–6 years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, Scrum Master, or similar delivery-focused roles
Experience working within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environments
Good understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
Familiarity with Service Management processes, including Incident Management and Problem Management
Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills
Ability to manage multiple activities and competing priorities effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar
Professional proficiency in English

Experience as a Scrum Master
Experience in Project Management or Delivery Management within international environments
Familiarity with ITIL practices and Service Management frameworks
Scrum Master, PRINCE2, PMP, PM², or ITIL certifications
