Analyzing current professional situations, goals, and development opportunities
Recommending suitable training programs and outlining realistic career prospects
Conducting conversations with trust, honesty, and a solution-oriented approach
Structuring and documenting conversations, follow-ups, and open cases
Working closely with colleagues from Sales, Support, and Marketing

Completed university degree or close to graduation
Interest in sales, consulting, and communication
Ideally some initial sales experience from working student roles and/or internships
Enjoy working with people
High self-motivation and commitment to performance
Structured way of working and strong organizational skills
Excellent written and spoken German and good English skills
Willingness to work predominantly on-site in Munich for the first six months
