Sell and promote products from Medtronic’s Surgical Innovations portfolio
Responsible for developing, building and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distribution partners and healthcare professionals
Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and delivering product-related services
Promote and implement training on the company’s products and/or services
Conduct market research, taking into account customer and competitor activities
Implement market development plans/strategies and adjust them as needed
Provide customer feedback on new products and/or changes to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a medical, life/natural sciences or business field
Ideally some prior experience in a sales environment
Independent, proactive working style and a strong sense of responsibility
Enthusiasm, persuasiveness and negotiation skills
High willingness to learn and commit, flexibility, reliability and accountability
Friendly and open demeanor with a strong service orientation and commitment
Excellent communication skills and strong presentation abilities
