Drive the sales life cycle by generating leads and sourcing opportunities
Utilize expertise in loan policies, product knowledge, and financial analysis to structure SBA loan proposals
Prepare comprehensive credit packages
Build and maintain a robust referral network with commercial real estate brokers, business brokers, professional associations, accountants, lawyers, etc.
Address servicing needs and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of financial services industry experience
5+ years of experience in Small Business Administration (SBA) lending, including 7(a) and 504 loans
5+ years of experience selling business related financial services products
Knowledge of commercial and consumer loan and deposit products
Superior customer service, sales, and business development skills
Ability to travel to WSFS Bank’s various locations throughout our footprint
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent listening ability and presentation skills
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office
Knowledge and understanding of underwriting and evaluation commercial credit is preferred
