Listing management. Create, maintain, and optimize product listings across Amazon and other marketplaces.
Organize incoming product information, manage content updates, and ensure every listing is accurate and complete.
Support listing optimization through keyword research, search term monitoring, and content development in collaboration with the brand team.
Support go-to-market execution — coordinating assets, timelines, and cross-functional tasks to keep launches on track.
Facilitate the setup of new brand partners and ongoing projects across multiple marketplaces.
Monitor brand metrics and generate accurate, timely reports on sales trends, inventory health, buy box status, and campaign effectiveness.
Act as the connective tissue between supply chain, marketing, and creative to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

4–6 years of hands-on Amazon experience, including both brand and agency-side work
Deep familiarity with Seller Central — listings, catalog management, reporting, case management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull insights from sales data and market trends
Proficient in Excel, comfortable in Microsoft Teams, and experienced with a project management tool (Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp)
Able to manage multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities without dropping the ball
Fast, stable internet connection with backup power and internet solutions — no exceptions
