Role Overview
Develop and execute customer-experience solutions for Wells Fargo’s app and website
Manage the design, creation, and production of customer-experience elements from product concept through completion
Apply emerging AI‑enhanced workflows to accelerate ideation, execution, and quality of design output
Develop and execute customer-experience solutions by employing user centered design tools
Review and analyze high-profile or complex projects
Develop new research and test theories leading to alternative design solutions
Analyze relevant internal and external sites and consult standards to determine best practices
Exercise independent judgment to guide risk deliverables
Design, develop, test, and refine prototypes
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues
Requirements
4+ years of Online and Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic, and Visual Arts experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Hands-on experience designing UX and UI in Figma
Strong visual design skills showcasing ability to solve for complex problems
Understanding of front-end development fundamentals (HTML/CSS concepts, responsive design)
Curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt as AI and emerging capabilities reshape products
Ability to articulate a strong design rationale; storytelling skills that compel stakeholders
