Pathros is building access-path intelligence for modern identity security, aiming to simplify the work of security teams and developers. The Product Designer will shape the core user experience for the platform, focusing on creating elegant and usable interfaces while collaborating closely with various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Help shape the look and feel of Pathros’ website, product pages, launch materials, and customer-facing experiences
- Create visual systems and templates that make the brand scalable as the company grows
- Translate complex technical workflows into simple, usable, and visually refined user experiences
- Collaborate with leadership, product, engineering, and brand design to maintain a consistent experience across the company’s digital presence
- Help define and improve design systems, interaction patterns, layout standards, and interface components
- Contribute to website design and product-marketing experiences where product clarity and user experience matter
- Think deeply about user needs, information hierarchy, usability, accessibility, and the overall quality of the product experience
Requirements:
- Technical, systems-minded, highly skilled in UI/UX

- Ability to work closely with engineering, leadership, and design to create interfaces that feel simple, polished, intelligent, and dependable
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Strong portfolio showing excellent product design, UI/UX thinking, interaction design, visual taste, and technical product judgment
- Experience designing software products, dashboards, web applications, developer tools, enterprise tools, SaaS platforms, or other complex digital systems
- Strong understanding of user flows, design systems, component-based interfaces, responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles
- Familiarity with modern website design and the ability to create polished web experiences that feel clear, fast, and credible
- Technical fluency and comfort working closely with engineers, including an understanding of how designs translate into real implementation
- Ability to simplify complex technical ideas without making the product feel shallow or generic
- Experience working in early-stage startups, high-trust software environments, technical products, or fast-moving product teams
