Stay current with industry trends and maintain technology expertise through certifications and learning

5+ years of experience working in a professional solutions-based role
Ability to explain highly technical material and concepts to stakeholders
Expertise with enterprise-level Marketing Automation Platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze, Bloomreach, HubSpot or similar
Proficiency in technologies such as REST APIs, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and personalization languages (e.g., AMPscript, Liquid, Handlebars)
Knowledge of digital marketing best practices across channels, including email, SMS, push, etc.
Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
Certifications in one or more marketing technologies or related technologies are preferred.
