About this role
Role Overview
Collaborate with clients to capture payroll requirements
Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations
Assist with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks
Manage all system testing phases and address configuration issues
Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness
Track project progress and documentation
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Business, Human Resources or a technical field
Proven involvement in 5+ successful RHPRO implementations
In-depth knowledge of LATAM payroll regulations (e.g. Argentina, Chile, Peru)
Fluent in English and Spanish
Excellent communication skills
Strong client focus and accountability for results
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
