Lead & Grow Team: Build, coach, and scale a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of deep consumer and business understanding, experimentation, learning, and results
Balance Value Creation & Capture: Develop innovative offerings that deliver customer value while driving sustainable revenue growth
Experimentation & Optimization: Establish a culture of A/B testing, data-driven learning, and rapid iteration across acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels

12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing PM teams at scale
Bachelor’s degree
Proven track record of delivering growth and monetization impact in a subscription, marketplace, or consumer platform business
Deep expertise in customer acquisition, plan tiering, upsell strategies, account management, retention, and monetization
Strong growth mindset with the ability to set ambitious goals, test hypotheses, and adapt strategies based on insights
Technical aptitude to partner closely with engineering and data teams on platform capabilities and system design
Experience considering ROI, financial tradeoffs, value creation, and value capture in product decisions
Experience in entertainment, media, or adjacent industries strongly preferred
Exceptional analytical, storytelling, and executive communication skills
Comfort operating in ambiguity and leading cross-functional alignment at the executive level
