Compile employer survey data information and ensure completeness of submission by participating organizations to contribute to the execution of the Community Market surveys.
Examine market data and execute survey process for assigned countries and assess survey results to identify client or market data trends that would support further application of Community products and services.
Inform management on issues related to the survey data management process to ensure smooth delivery of service.
Explain process of survey participation and data collection that is required to clients/participants to ensure efficient survey completion.
Explain survey results to clients illustrating the linkages of Community Jobs and Community Market to other components of Community to identify their specific needs/issues beyond data.
Deliver salary survey transactions within established schedules and timelines to ensure timely provision of unit services towards clients and the rest of the organization to support survey cycles and projects.
Consolidate survey data information and provide updates to unit analysts and databases, ensuring accurate and consistent quality of survey data.
Requirements
Prior general experience in the provision of transactional services (HR related service provision)
Excellent communication skills in French and English
