Role Overview
- Serve as Chief of Staff & Technical Program Manager to Sales Engineering VP
- Own the operating system of the Sales Engineering org
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for VP and leadership
- Manage leadership team's priorities
- Oversee budget planning and management
- Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives end to end
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes
Requirements
- 10+ years in technical program management
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record managing large-scale engineering projects
- Experience as Chief of Staff or in similar executive-support function
- PMP, PgMP or similar certifications are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience
